Last week a Tennessee jury awarded a Giles County man and his wife $3.5 million as a result of a horrible accident in which he was injured in July of 2000.
While at work, the man suffered a crushed pelvis, urethra tear, nerve damage, and a back injury when a two ton metal container fell off a hoist truck onto him. These severe injuries caused him to become bed-ridden and miss 11 months of work.
