Three Levels of Planning
Estate planning at the Ferrell Law Firm is not one size fits all for everyone. We offer three levels of planning depending on your needs.
Level One - Parent Plan
Specifically tailored for:
New families and those with not many assets. This plan is generally for families who don’t have enough assets to be required to go through the court process of probate, but who want to guarantee that their minor children will be cared for no matter what. This plan also assures that their health care wishes are known and implemented into directives and provides their loved ones access to their assets using a durable power of attorney in the even that they become incapacitated.
This plan is:
a will-based plan and provides for peace-of-mind in knowing that we are here to help your loved ones navigate through the law of testacy after you are gone. The Parent Plan also includes Health Care Directives and Durable Powers of Attorney to ensure that you are well taken care of anything occurs to you. It also provides for your children’s protection by including a Children’s Protection Plan to make sure that your children are always raised by the people that you want, and are never taken out of their home by child services.
FEE LEVEL $750
Level Two - Peace Plan
Specifically tailored for:
Families that want the assurance and peacefulness of knowing that family assets and property will be transferred to their children and heirs with as much ease and convenienc as possible in the privacy of our office without having to go through the invasive court process of probate.
The Peace Plan can also protect the beneficiary’s inheritance from estate taxes, spouses and lawsuits.
This plan is:
a trust based plan that offers the guidance of our lawyers to provide you the comfort in knowing we are here to navigate and guide your family through the system after you are gone.
The Peace Plan also includes Wills, Heath Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney so that you know that you and your family are well taken care of, in addition to your assets.
Under this plan all asset transers will be handled by you, with guidance and support from our team of attorneys and staff. It also provides for your children’s protection by including a Children’s Protection Plan to make sure that your children are always raised by the people that you want, and are never taken out of their home by child services.
FEE LEVEL $1,750 - $2,500
Level Three - Prosperity Plan
Specifically tailored for:
Families who want all of the benefits of the Parent Plan and Peace Plan and also all the comfort of knowing that asset transfers into your trust have been handled professionally by our office.
This is our premier plan and is appropriate for active families who want the least amount of personal exertion and the greatest amount of convenience and care. WE DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU!
This plan is:
Inclusive of all the components of the Parent Plan and Peace Plan, PLUS we analyze how all of your assets are titled or designated.
We prepare a spreadsheet of all your assets displaying what you own and how it is held and then complete al of the forms and requests necessary to transfer all assets and designate all beneficiaries for the maximum protection of your assets and your family.
FEE LEVEL: $3,500 - $5,000
