James K. Ferrell is the founder of the Ferrell Law Firm. Mr. Ferrell started his firm in 2006 with the vision of creating a personal injury law firm that enables accident victims in their fight against the big insurance companies. Mr. Ferrell is passionately devoted to becoming the most knowledgeable and effective advocate for accident victims. He tirelessly works to perfect his trial techniques and communication strategies in order to help his clients. Mr. Ferrell is the author of the book “7 Deadly Mistakes That Can KILL Your Memphis Accident Case“. James is a licensed attorney in both Tennessee and Mississippi.

Christopher R. Johnson is an Associate Attorney of Ferrell Law Firm, PLLC.
Christopher R. Johnson
Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his juris doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is a native Memphian and a graduate of Christian Brothers High School. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Johnson enjoyed an environmental science career which included involvement with multiple state and federal Superfund sites, as well as numerous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-managed properties. He and his wife, Angie, currently have their hands full raising two little boys, Aidan and Cash. Chris is licensed in both Tennessee (2007) and Mississippi (2008).
