My office could be the same as every other personal injury and accident lawyer. We could guarantee you “Money in 30 days!” or “We’ll get your money without going to trial!”, but that wouldn’t be fair to you. It wouldn’t be fair because I’d be looking out for myself and not you.

You see, when a personal injury lawyer says something like that they are basically telling you that they are willing to take whatever the insurance company offers them in order to settle your case as fast as possible in order to move on to the next client. They don’t care if you should be receiving much more for your injuries! They only want to get a settlement as fast as possible in order for them to avoid having to go to trial.

And you might be surprised to know that many of these guys who advertise as “Heavy Hitters” or “One Call – That’s All” lawyers have never even stepped into a courtroom. The insurance companies know this and will settle your injury claim for far less than it’s worth because of this.
